How to order

Online order (through ECRshop.com): You must sign up as a member, we will ask you for personal information and your mailing address. (For our privacy statement, please view "Your privacy"); Simply select the items you wish to buy and click check out. In this section you will be asked where you wish your order to be shipped to and how you wish to pay.  Orders by Fax or e-mail: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, confirming your order and the total price including mailing cost and Moms/VAT (if applicable) and we will ask you to reconfirm the order.  After your reconfirmation, you will receive a payment request for the full amount from the secure payment system "Paypal" Through Paypal you can pay online with your credit card. The order will be sent as soon as the payment has been confirmed. We will through email send them a email confirming the order, and when it will be shipped from Denmark. Shipping time: ECR can not be held responsible for the sending time for delivering, seen that this is out of our control. We will at all time try to give as contract delivering estimation as possible in order to provide as good as possible a service.   Orders for under Euro 40-, an handling fee of Euro 4- is added. Your Privacy: ECRShop.com’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. ECRshop.com will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer’s permission. You will in order to purchase products through ECRshop.com be asked for personal information, this information is purely used for the handling and billing.

How to pay:

Payment is accepted by credit card through PayPal Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the account of ECR Hospitality Services (NOTE: all transfer expenses are on the account of the client of ECR Hospitality Services).

What does it cost to send and how do we send your order:

Simply place the items in you shopping cart, and signin to your account and you will see the total sending cost. All orders are sent by priority. All orders in Scandinavia are sent from Copenhagen or Amsterdam depending on stock

Return/Change policies:

We can only change an item when it is returned in its original packing, unused and clean within 9 days after sending date.  All items that you want to change, can only be replaced by the same article in a different size. All mailing/shipping costs as well as return charges are non-refundable.  In the event of a manufacturing defect, inform us through email and send the item new, unused and unwashed back to us. In case of a fabrication defect, it will promptly be replaced and we will reimburse you for the mailing costs to us and we will cover the mailing cost for the replacement. We are committed to have a satisfied customer, so you will come back and tell your friends about us.

Prices stated: All prices are always stated incl. Moms(VAT) of 25% (Danish tax).  Are you a company with your own wat number, simply state your VAT number in your order, and we will deduct the Tax from the invoice. Price subject to change without notice.    We can not guarantee that all items can be delivered from stock, therefore orders can be rejected if article is out of stock.

Is you company outside Denmark? Save the tax of 25%. All prices on our shop is INCL. DK Tax of 25%.  Save the TAX. In order to get prices without tax, make your order by telephone or email, or state in your online order that you wish to receive your invoice excl tax, and we will provide you the invoice excl, tax -saves you 25%. Only for buyers outside Denmark!  Simply state when making your order online, your company address, and tax number, whereafter we will email you a new invoice as is excl, tax, or you can make your order through email, telephone or fax. All prices on our shop is already included the 25% tax.
